  Was the worst experienced we ever had with my family. The room was so filthy, Room 207 specifically. Checked under the pull out beds and you can see had never been cleaned ever. so filthy. There were NO KNOBS on the aircondition I cant even try turning it. The real TREAT was a healthy BEDBUG sitting on the pillow. So of course we have to complain all of these. Surprisingly, when we came back at night nothing had been acted upon yet as in NOTHING had been touched on those things we did asked for.. like bed linen changing or cleaning up at least our room. We have to ask people from the desk again and wait till they have to do it. Considering that we were out of our room the entire day just to found out nothing has been done ..By the way we were asking if they can move us to other room but they said no more room available. We tried looking somewhere else but were no vacancies everywhere. So we have to stay one more night, yes they not charge us for one night but look that was not we are asking for, Such a horrible, filthy and everything POOR on this place. I bet the government has something to review this place before issuing a business licence because based from this experience I believe this has to be considered so SERIOUS.

  Filthy place is not suitable as human residence. I will never recommend this motel even if it is free. You can see in photos the old air conditioner is full of dirt, broken and giving bad quality air, it was very hard to breath inside the room. Mice are an other problem in the room I paid for. I believe he was the owner/manager of the motel very bad abusive behavior. When I asked to change my room he refused and eventually I have to leave motel right away even though the guy charged me $50/-. Bathroom door was not fit one can see who is sitting on the toilet.

  I had booked this room for family to stay at during my wedding in Waterton. Unfortunately wildfires swept through Waterton just 3 days before my wedding and I was left scrambling to cancel and move my entire wedding.

  Supposively clean & recently renovated. Very expensive tiny rentals considering a shared kitchen comes with some suites.

  Basic and very clean accommodations. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and was great! Wonderful price and easy drive to Waterton Lakes or Glacier National parks. We hope to visit again!

  When phoning the Outpost Motel, I was greeted with a "HELLO?". I had to ask if I had the right number. I then explained my situation and asked for my money back. The man on the phone then started yelling at me and telling me he's only the manager and he can't change any policies and that the owners set this non-refundable policy. When I asked if I could speak to one of the owners he started laughing and said no, he was the sole person in charge. I asked for him to have some compassion for my situation as I had to cancel several hotels, and rebook a wedding in 72 hours. He laughed and started ranting about him not being in charge of the refund policies in place and I gave up. He was completely rude, DO NOT STAY THERE!
